Biography
I am a physicist and materials scientist whose research focuses on the application of ion beam technologies and advanced nanomaterials for renewable energy and functional materials development. His work is centered on the fabrication, surface modification, and characterization of semiconductor thin films and nanostructures, with particular emphasis on understanding defect engineering, charge transport, and electron transport layers to improve the performance and stability of perovskite solar cells. His research also explores the application of advanced materials synthesis and characterization techniques to develop innovative materials for sustainable energy conversion and optoelectronic technologies.
