Biography
Dr. Waheed Moses Audu is a Senior Lecturer in Telecommunications Engineering at FUT Minna, Nigeria, with 14+ years in academia. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of the Witwatersrand (2023) on hardware-impaired mmWave massive MIMO systems. His research focuses on energy-efficient wireless systems, signal processing, and AI applications for Sub-Saharan infrastructure challenges. He has secured TETFund and NCC research grants totaling over ₦21M and published in IEEE Access and Digital Signal Processing. Dr. Audu supervises postgraduate research on green telecom and sensor networks, and actively reviews for IEEE conferences and journals. He is a registered COREN engineer and SAIEE member, with strong ties to Nigeria’s telecom regulatory ecosystem.
