Dr. H. S. Abdulrahman’s career is a testament to the power of combining local expertise with international exposure. From his undergraduate studies at FUTMINNA to his doctoral research in Türkiye and his teaching role back in Nigeria, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing civil engineering knowledge and practice. His research on sustainable materials and transportation systems addresses both environmental and infrastructural challenges, while his teaching and mentorship ensure the development of future engineers. As a registered engineer and member of multiple professional bodies, he continues to influence engineering practice and policy. His collaborations across Nigeria, Malaysia, and Türkiye further highlight his role as a global scholar.
