Biography
Mrs. Mary Iyabo Adeniyi is a dedicated academic, researcher, and engineering professional with extensive experience in materials engineering, chemical engineering, energy systems, and environmental sustainability. She possesses a strong multidisciplinary background that combines teaching, research, industrial practice, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. With qualifications spanning Advanced Materials Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. she has consistently demonstrated intellectual excellence, professional versatility, and commitment to technological development. As a researcher, Mrs. Adeniyi has made significant contributions in the areas of carbon capture technology, direct carbon fuel cells, biomass energy, corrosion engineering, renewable energy systems, and environmental management. She is a co-inventor of a patented process for the development of monoethanolamine-grafted macroporous metal foams for carbon dioxide capture.
