Biography
Professor Oyewole Adedipe obtained B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering and M.Eng in Industrial and Production Engineering from Federal University of Technology Minna. He obtained a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Cranfield University, United Kingdom. He is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering (Design and Manufacturing). His research areas include Welding Engineering, Modelling and Optimisation, Structural Integrity: Life Cycle Assessment of Renewable Energy Marine Structures, Oil and Gas Pipeline Inspection, Engineering Materials Modification and Fatigue and Fracture Behaviour of Materials. Professor Adedipe has served as both Principal researcher and Co-researcher in several projects including European Mobility project, NRF (TETfund) and IBR. Prof. Adedipe has over one thousand citations in google scholar and he has published several scholarly research articles in reputable International Journals. He is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and a registered Engineer with COREN
