Welcome
Welcome to my academic profile. This platform showcases research contributions in Soil Science with a strong emphasis on Environmental Soil Chemistry
Biography
A Soil Scientist with a strong focus on climate-smart agriculture, sustainable crop production, and soil fertility management. Key research areas include environmental soil chemistry, biochar application for greenhouse gas mitigation, biological nitrogen fixation (mycorrhiza and rhizobia), phosphorus dynamics in acid soils, and soil quality under changing climatic conditions. Specialized expertise includes irrigation water treatment using vertical flow systems integrated with phytoremediation approaches involving biochar, Azolla pinnata, and other plant-based materials for the removal of contaminants. Demonstrates competence in field and laboratory experimentation, data collection and analysis, and scientific reporting, with proficiency in tools such as R, SPSS, Kobo Collect, SurveyMonkey, and Microsoft Office. Focus is on developing innovative, data-driven solutions to enhance soil productivity, improve water quality, and support sustainable environmental management and food security
