Biography

Professor Kasim Uthman Isah is a Professor of Physics (since 2016) at the Department of Physics, Federal University of Technology He has been a visiting lecturer at Usmanu Danfodio University Sokoto, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Lapai and University of Abuja. In the course of his Academic activities, he has supervised 6 PhD students and 14 master's students, participated and presented research papers in several Conferences and Workshops in Nigeria, Tunisia, Zambia and Rwanda, with over 60 peer reviewed research publications. He has served as External Examiner to Universities in Nigeria of Pretoria and the University of Witwatersrand Johannesburg, South Africa. He has offered his services as an External Assessor for promotion to the Professorial Cadre to many universities in Nigeria and to the Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia With keen interest is research and development, is the lead and head researcher of, Solar Energy Research Group (SERG), FUTMinna
