Idah Peter Aba is a Professor of Agricultural and Bioresources Engineering in the Department of Agriculturtal and Bioresources Engineering, School of Infrastructure, Process Engineering and Technology, Federal University of Technology , Minna. He holds a PhD from Federal University of Technology, Minna (2010). He was the Head of Department, ABE  from 2011 - 2013. He has held other administrative positions such level advisers, SWEP Coordinator, SIWES Coordinator, Examination officer, Director (ACTU), PG Coordinator, member of various committees etc. He has successfully supervised 4 PhD students and is currently supervising 6, over 16 Masters, over 14 PGD students and over 70 udergraduate students. He was appointed a full Professor in 2013. He has taught full- time for 32 years.  He is a reviewer to many International and National Journals. He has participated in several NUC accreditation exercises. He has over 38 Journal publications , 17 Conference Proceedings and a book Chapter.
