Engr Prof. Peter Aderemi Adeoye was born in 1st January, 1974. He hails from Ayedaade Local government area of Osun State Nigeria. He obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Engineering, University of Ibadan in the years 1998 and 2003 respectively.  He obtained a degree of Doctor of Philosophy (ph.d) from the University Putra, Malaysia in 2014. His areas of interest are Soil and Water Engineering, Irrigation and Drainage Engineering and Agricultural Waste Engineering. He joined the service of Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State, Nigeria as a Lecturer II in 2005 and rose to become a Professor with effect from 1st October, 2020. Prof Adeoye has supervised and completed 17 Master of Science students and three Ph.d students. He has attended many local and international engineering conferences and has published more than forty articles in international and local journals. He also has about 28 articles in both local and international conference proceedings.
