Prof. Saba, Tswanya Moses hailed from Emi-Tswacizhi, Muwo in Mokwa local Government of Niger State, Nigeria. He attended L.E.A Primary School Muwo and Government Junior Secondary School Muwo, which he obtained Primary School Certificate and Junior Secondary Certificate in the year 1984 and 1987. He gained admission to Government Technical College Eyagi-Bida, Niger State and obtained WAEC Technical Certificate in Electrical Installation Work Course B in 1990.

Prof. T. M. Saba attended Niger State College of Education from 1993-1996 and was awarded Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE) Electrical and Electronics Technology Education. He thereafter bagged B. Tech, M. Tech and PhD, all in Industrial and Technology Education (Electrical and Electronics Technology Education) in January 2004, January 2011 and January 2017 respectively, from Federal University of Technology Minna. He was employed to the service of Federal University of Technology Minna on 9^th of November, 2005 and now a Professor in the Department of Industrial and Technology Education (ITE). He served department as Undergraduate Project Coordinator, Registration Officer, Lever Adviser, Examination Officer School of Science and Technology Education (SSTE) and Postgraduate Examination Officer ITE Department, SSTE Representative in University Senate, Member: University Senate Business Committee, and University Senate Examination Scrutiny Committee. He has supervised more than 50 undergraduate projects (Research and Practical), 10 M.Tech., 3 PhD Students and currently supervising 7 B. Tech. Students, 6 M.Tech students and 6 PhD students. He has over 60 scholarly articles in reputable Journals and proceedings (National and International). He has served University and Community at different levels but he is serving currently as Deputy Dean SSTE, Head of Department ITE, Member; University Loan Committee,  External Examiner to School of Technical Education, Niger State College of Education Minna. Adviser: Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS) Niger State College of Education Minna. and Federal Government Staff School Minna. Coordinator Niger State Associate Fellowship of Christian Students (AFCS) and many others. He is a register Teacher, member of Nigeria Association of Teachers of Technology and member National Association of Educational Managers and Planners.

Prof. T. M. Saba research areas are Energy management, Human development through Technical, Vocational Education and Training and Engineering Education. He is happily married and blessed with three (3) children.
