Dr ABDULKADIR Mohammed is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Technology Education; Automobile Technology Option. He holds Nigeria Certificate in Education (Technical) in 1994 from Niger State College of Education, Minna, Bachelor of Education Degree (Automobile Technology) in 1998 from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Master’s Degree (Automobile Technology) in 2011 from Federal University of Technology, Minna and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 2017 from Federal University of Technology, Minna. Dr ABDULKADIR Mohammed has been engaging in the teaching and supervision of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses/theses. He has hold several administrative responsibilities in the University which includes: Departmental Assistant Examination II (Undergraduate), Departmental SIWES/Teaching Practice Coordinator, Departmental Postgraduate Seminar/Project Defense Secretary, Departmental Examination Officer (Undergraduate). Presently he is a COURSE/Adviser for 500 Level Students, Assistant PG Coordinator/PG Exam Officer, Faculty Turnitin Co-ordinator and Programme Officer of the Department. He has published several articles in both National and International Journals. Dr. ABDULKADIR, Mohammed has won the following awards: Overall Best Graduating Student Award at Government Technical College, Eyagi-Bida in 1989, Overall Best Graduating Student Award at Niger State College of Education, Minna in 1994, Best Lecturer’s Award at Directorate of Pre-NCE at Niger State College of Education, Minna in 2003, An Award of Excellence and Commitment at Federal University of Technology, Minna in 2014, Servicom Award of Dedication and to Service at Federal University of Technology, Minna in 2014 and Best Examination Officer’s Award at Federal University of Technology, Minna in 2017. He is a member of Technology Education Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TEPAN) formerly Nigeria Association of Teachers of Technology (NAAT) and Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
