Dr. Stephen Seyi Oyewobi

Stephen S. Oyewobi: Obtained B.Eng and M.Eng in Eletrical and Electronics Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Minna respectively. He then bagged a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2019. He teaches and supervises both undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Telecommunication Engineering Department. He is the current Exam Officer of the School of Electrical Engineering and Technology, as well as the 300 level adviser in Telecommunication Engineering and the staff adviser to National Association of Telecommunication Engineering Student, FUT Minna Chapter. He is a reviewer for several journals including IEEE access, MDPI as well as conferences. He was a Guest Editor for Frontiers Journal and has authoured several high impact journals.

Research Area

His research interest includes; cognitve radio networks, internet of things, visible light comminucation, and wireless sensor networks.
