Waheed Moses AUDU received a B. Eng. in Electrical/Computer Engineering and M. Eng. in Communication Engineering from the Federal University of Technology (FUT), Minna, in 2008 and 2014, respectively. He is currently completing a Ph.D. in Electrical engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg in South Africa. He has garnered over twenty years of teaching and supervision experience since August 2010 when he joined the services of FUT, Minna, as a Graduate Assistant. There are more than ten journal and conference publications (local and international) attributed to his name (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Waheed-Audu/research). He became a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) in 2014. He was part of the Information Technology committee at the International Conference on Communication and Information Technology and its Application (ICTA) 2016 conference hosted by FUT, Minna. He also reviewed articles for the same conference including the International Engineering Conference (IEC) in 2019. He reviewed papers for the International Journal of Informatics and Communication Technology (IJ-ICT) in 2020 and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) African Continent (AFRICON) Conference in 2021. He was part of the award-winning team for the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) research grant in 2015. He received the Nigerian Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) Award in 2019, and the South African National Research Foundation (NRF) award in 2020 for Postgraduate studies. His research interests involve signal-processing techniques for non-ideal communication systems. Aside from research activities, he enjoys traveling and community outreaches.
